American X-Box Cover Description The American X-Box Tonneau Cover has all of the great characteristics of the American Work cover and Toolbox with the addition of Line-X. This is the premium cover/toolbox combo from Truck Covers USA and includes a spray-on urethane coating of Line-X XTRA, reinforced with DuPont Kevlar. This provides a weather-tight seal that protects against heat, cold, moisture, and rust. The Line-X will provide extra protection against marks, scratches, and dents so that you can use your truck like a truck and it will maintain its looks. The double-walled aluminum panels support 500+ pounds. The toolbox is the standard 20" wide by 15" deep and sits just 5 1/2" above the bed rails. The cannister(part the cover retracts into) is the smallest of any retractable cover in the industry. At only 8"X8", the cannister will allow you to use more of your bed than the Rollbak G2 and the Pace Edwards Jackrabbit. Being custom made to fit your truck, this cover is a basic installation. Installation

Installation of the American Work Cover is simple. It generally takes customers a little over an hour to complete the install.

Even though installation will vary slightly depending on what truck you drive, they are all similar. The rails will clamp onto the sides of your bed, and the only part that requires minor drilling is for the drainage holes. You may want to reserve a friend when you want to install the cannister.
